2. Eligibility
To use Nimbus, you must:
- Be at least 13 years old
- Have legal capacity to agree to these terms
- Have parental consent if under 18 for purchases

Payment Terms
- All payments processed through Apple's App Store
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled 24 hours before period end
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple ID settings
- No refunds for partial subscription periods
4. Credit System
🎨 1 credit = 1 AI image generation
- New users receive 1 free credit
- Subscription credits granted at billing period start
- Subscription credits do NOT roll over
- Purchased credit packages never expire
5. User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Use the app for illegal purposes
- Reverse engineer or decompile the app
- Circumvent security features
- Share, sell, or transfer your subscription
- Generate illegal, harmful, or objectionable content
- Use automated bots to access the app
6. Intellectual Property
App Ownership
The app design, code, graphics, and content are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
Your Generated Images
- You retain rights to use images you generate for personal, non-commercial purposes
- We do not claim ownership of your generated images
- Commercial use may be subject to additional terms
7. AI-Generated Content
⚠️ Important:
- Images are created by AI and results may vary
- We don't guarantee specific outcomes
- AI may occasionally produce unexpected results
- Generated images are provided "as is"

- Weather Data: Open-Meteo API (informational purposes only)
- AI Generation: Google Gemini API
- Payments: Apple App Store
9. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. WEATHER DATA IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
11. Termination
- You may stop using the app anytime by uninstalling
- We may terminate access if you breach these terms
- Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or binding arbitration.
14. Apple-Specific Terms
- These terms are between you and Nimbus, not Apple
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support
- Apple is not responsible for any claims related to the app
- Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms
