When you use our Photo Remix feature, you may voluntarily upload photos that could contain faces or other personal imagery. This is entirely optional - the core functionality of PromptBuilder works with text-based AI prompts without requiring any photo uploads.
Uploaded photos are sent to Google's Gemini API for AI-powered image processing. The AI uses your photo as a reference to generate a new, modified image based on your text instructions. We do not perform any facial recognition, biometric analysis, or identity verification.
We do not store your uploaded photos on our servers. Photos are held temporarily in your device's memory during the active processing session only. Once processing is complete or you close the app, the original uploaded photo is not retained by us.
Your uploaded photos are transmitted to Google (Gemini API) solely for the purpose of AI image generation. No other third parties receive your photos. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for their data handling practices.
We do not retain uploaded photos after your session ends. We do not maintain any database or backup of user-uploaded photos. Google's API processes images in real-time, and their retention policies apply to their service.
You have full control over what photos you upload. Since we do not store your photos on our servers, there is no photo data to delete from our systems. Generated images are stored only on your device and can be deleted by you at any time.
