Would You? is a game. The questions, the scores, the ranking and the end-of-game comment are entertainment. They are not advice of any kind — not relationship, psychological, medical, legal or financial advice — and should not be treated as an assessment of you or your relationship.
You must be old enough to agree to these terms in your country, and at least the age shown on the app's store listing. Some question packs contain adult themes.
In two-device mode, anyone holding the room code can join that room and will see the answers revealed in it. Only share a room code with the person you mean to play with.
You choose the display name and the "what are we playing for" text. Do not enter another person's real name or personal information, and do not enter anything unlawful, abusive or sensitive. Display names and scores of co-op games may appear on the in-app leaderboard, which other players can see. We may remove any entry from the leaderboard without notice.
The closing comment is produced automatically by a language model from your game result. It is generated fresh each time, may be wrong or silly, and is meant to be funny. We do not review it before you see it.
Some features — the two-device rooms, the leaderboard and the AI comment — need an internet connection and our server. We may change, pause or stop any part of the service.
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any damage arising from using it, including anything that follows from an answer revealed in the game. Nothing here removes rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
