Privacy Policy - When? Last Done Tracker

When? has no accounts and no servers of its own. Everything you type into the app — your items, dates and settings — stays on your device. The only thing that ever leaves it is your purchase receipt, if you buy When? Pro.

1. What We Collect

Nothing that identifies you. When? has no sign-up, no login, no advertising and no usage analytics. We never see your item names, your dates or how you use the app.

One thing is collected, and only if you make a purchase: the record that a purchase exists. It is handled by our payments provider RevenueCat (section 4) and is tied to a randomly generated number, not to you. This is the "Purchases" entry you will see on our App Store privacy label, listed as data not linked to you.

Item names, categories, icons, intervals and completion dates

Deleted permanently when you delete the app

Your settings

Language, sound and haptics preferences, notification switch
Stored on your device only

Purchase information

If you buy When? Pro, the payment is handled entirely by Apple or Google
We never see or receive your card details, address or full name
We receive only the fact that a purchase exists, so the app can unlock
This record is kept by RevenueCat against a random identifier, so that you can restore your purchase on a new device
It is also what lets us see total sales figures. We cannot tell who bought what

2. Notifications

Reminders are local notifications: your device schedules and shows them by itself. No reminder ever leaves your phone, and no server is involved. You can turn them off at any time in the app's settings or in the system settings.

3. Backup Files

The app can export your list as a file and import it back. That file is created by you, saved wherever you choose, and never uploaded by us. If you share it, you are the one sharing it.

4. Third-Party Services

RevenueCat

Manages purchases and checks whether When? Pro has been bought. It receives an anonymous identifier, your purchase receipt, and basic device/OS information. It does not receive your name, email or your tracked items. Privacy Policy →

Process the payment and distribute the app. Their own privacy policies apply to the payment itself. Apple → Google →

There are no advertisements, no trackers and no analytics SDKs in When?.

5. Children

When? is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any information from them. Since the app collects no personal information from anyone, there is nothing for us to hold or delete.

6. Your Rights

Because your data never leaves your device, you are in full control of it:

See it: it is all visible in the app
Export it: Settings → Backup
Delete it: Settings → Clear All Items, or delete the app

We hold no copy, so there is no request to send us. Purchase records held by Apple, Google and RevenueCat are governed by their policies.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date at the top. Material changes will also be described in the app's release notes.
