When? is a personal tracker for things you repeat: when you last changed the filter, watered the plants or serviced the car. By installing and using it you accept these terms.
The price shown inside the app is the price for your country, provided by Apple or Google at that moment. Payment is taken by the store, not by us. We never see your card details.
When? Pro is tied to the store account that bought it. On a new device, or after reinstalling, use Restore Purchases on the upgrade screen while online. If you sign in with a different store account, that account will not have the purchase.
All purchases are handled by Apple and Google, and so are all refunds. We cannot issue one ourselves. Request a refund through reportaproblem.apple.com or through Google Play.
Your list lives on your device. We do not hold a copy, which also means we cannot recover it for you. If your list matters to you, use Settings → Backup and keep the file somewhere safe.
Reminders are scheduled by your device. Battery savers, focus modes, force-quitting the app or turning off notification permission can delay or suppress them. Please do not rely on When? alone for anything safety-critical, medical or legally required.
Do not attempt to reverse engineer, tamper with, or circumvent the purchase mechanism of the app, and do not redistribute it as your own.
When? is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the app, including missed reminders or lost data.
These terms may be updated. The current version is always the one on this page, with its date at the top.
